This B&B is central and close to the new forest. It’s clean, the breakfast is amazing and you have tea/coffee facilities. Jenny and Keith are very welcoming and accommodating. Id highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast was exceptional, well cooked and huge choice. Served very quickly after requested. We have travelled all over the world and would rate the food amongst the best we have had. The room was very clean and comfortable and good value.

Jenny is such an amazing & knowledgeable host. She goes at lengths to make sure that everyone is happy. Her breakfast is outstanding. It’s a lovely house in the centre of Lyndhurst, yet very calm & quiet. Beds are great & the private bathroom as well. Clean towels & toiletries all provided.

It can be quite warm, apart from the tiny travel size fan there’s nothing to cool the room. Since it’s not too big it heats up quickly with several people in the room. Airco or blinds might be solutions.
